Toast is one of the simplest things you can grab for breakfast while still making it nutritional. Depending on the combination of toppings that you put together, it can fuel you for your morning and provide the nutrition that is needed to sustain until lunch time. There's a reason why avocado toast is so popular with us Millennials, and it's because it's simple to make, nutrient packed, and delicious! It can be jazzed up or kept simple depending on your mood or time constraints. But sometimes we get sick of the same old, same old, and thats where this post comes in.
