Brunch Pizza

I don't know about ya'll, but pizza is life! So when I had a craving for a breakfast pizza there was only one thing to do! Check out the full details below and let me know what toppings you would add to your brunch pizza!


6 eggs, scrambled

1/2 lb breakfast sausage*

1/4 orange bell pepper, diced

1/2 large hatch chile, diced

1/3 c diced red onion

handful sliced mushrooms

your favorite almond milk cheese**

cauliflower crust***


  1. Brown the sausage over medium heat in a medium size pan.

  2. Add in the peppers and onions and sauté for about 5 min.

  3. Remove the sausage, pepper, and onion mix and put to the side.

  4. In the same pan, scramble the eggs until they are almost done. You don't want to overcook them since they will be going in the oven to cook more.

  5. Sprinkle 1/2 the cheese on the cauliflower crust. Top with the scrambled egg and then the sausage, pepper, onion mix. Sprinkle with the remainder of the cheese.

  6. Bake in 425 oven for about 10-12 minutes.

* Whole Foods 365 pork breakfast sausage

** Combination of Lisanatti cheddar and mozzarella shredded almond milk cheeses

***Caulipower pizza crust - not 100% paleo but the best healthy, easy crust alternative I have found without making my own.
