I don't know about ya'll but I have been trying to perfect a crispy Brussel sprouts recipe for at least 2 years!
Well, I am happy to announce I found the secret, and not it is not a bunch of oil and a deep fryer. It is much simpler and healthier. I present to you the AIR FRYER! If you don't have one, you need to get one. Just trust me! It has completely changed the way I cook on a weekly basis.
Ok so moving on to what you came here for - the recipe! I hope you all enjoy this as much as I did!
1 bag Brussel sprouts
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
cayenne pepper and black pepper to taste
1. Preheat air fryer to 400*
2. Cut off the ends of the Brussel sprouts and slice each one in half
3. Toss the Brussel sprouts in the olive oil and spices
4. Cook in the air fryer for about 12-15 minutes. Shake basket 1/2 way through cooking time to ensure even cooking of the Brussel Sprouts.
